摘要
根据梯度力学原理设计的、主要用于鞋的后跟部位的填充式腔囊结构减震换气鞋,具体包括弹性减震胆、骨架式减震外壳、进气管、气阀等。弹性减震胆为上下两层中空柱状结构,骨架式外壳前端设有单向进气阀、侧面设有单向出气阀,单向进气阀与进气管连通。当穿着者行走时,随着脚步的起落,通过减震装置能够自动进气、排气,将鞋中湿气、浊气及过多的热量排出。由于该减震装置内填充了弹性减震胆,且选取不同性能特点的高分子材料,在制作过程中添加纳米改性材料及纳米功能材料,可以保持弹性持久。
The damping ventilation shoe with filling type cavity sac structure which is designed on the gradient mechanics principle and mainly inserted in heelpiece. The structure consists of elastic damping bladder, framing suspension shell, intake-tube and air valve, etc. Elastic damping bladder has hollow cylindrical structure of up and down two layers. Framing suspension shell has one way inlet valve in front end connected with intake-tube and one way outlet valve on both sides. When walking with paces up and down, the damper can provide automatic air intake and venting, expel moisture, foul air and extra heat. Because the damper is filled with elastic damping bladder, made up of high molecular material and added with nanometer materials and nano functional materials in production process, it possesses persistent elasticity.
