摘要
选用硫磺作为硫化剂,对比研究了两种不同门尼粘度的钕系稀土顺丁橡胶(NdBR)和一种镍系橡胶(NiBR),以及各自与丁苯橡胶(SBR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶的硫化性能和物理机械性能。结果表明,钕系稀土顺丁橡胶及其并用胶的物理机械性能均优于传统镍系顺丁橡胶,但钕系稀土顺丁橡胶及其并用胶的耐湿滑性能还有待于进一步提高。
With sulphur as the cure agent, the vulcanizate characteristic and mechanical properties of the two kinds of NdBR (neodymium-based cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber) with different mooney viscosity and the one kind of NiBR (nickel-based cis- 1,4-polybutadiene rubber) were investigated, as well as their blends of BR(cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber)/styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR)/natural rubber (NR), respectively. The results showed that the mechanical properties of NdBR and their ternary blends of NdBR/SBR/NR were better than the NiBR and their ternary blends of NiBR/SBR/NR. However, the wet slip resistance of NdBR and their ternary blends of NiBR/SBR/NR needs still be improved in the future.
