摘要
针对市县级国土资源管理部门软硬件环境,利用.NET和SQL Server开发平台,配合灵活的外设输入输出设备,建设适应Windows环境、操作简便、管理严密的局域网模式国土资源电子档案管理系统。以实际开发工程为例,介绍系统的开发应用和关键技术及创新。
With considerations of the hardware and software environments of land resource management bureau in City-and County-level, the.NET and SQL Server platform coupled with flexible I/O devices were used to develop an intranet-based Land Archive Management System, which has proven to be Windows compatible, user friendly and management rigorous. The developing process, key technique and innovations were explicated with a case study.
