单纯上颌窦内提升术在剩余牙槽嵴高度4~6mm时的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在剩余牙槽嵴高度为4~6mm时行上颌窦内提升术同期牙种植的可行性。方法42例上颌窦剩余牙槽嵴高度4~6mm的患者行上颌窦内提升术同期植入种植体55枚,术后6个月进行修复并随访6~36个月。结果窦底平均提升高度(2.9±0.8)mm,有12个牙位发生窦黏膜穿孔,所有患者术后无明显上颌窦炎症状,6个月后所有种植体均获得有效骨结合,新生骨(2.1±O.9)mm。随访期内无种植体松动脱落,存留率100%。结论上颌窦剩余牙槽嵴高度为4~6mm时行上颌窦内提升术同期植入牙种植在短期效果良好,但临床选择仍需慎重。 Objective To discuss the possibility of internal sinus lift simultaneous implant placement in the case of 4 to 6 mm bone height left. Methods 42 patients with 4 ~ 6 mm residual bone height were underwent maxillary internal sinus lift with simultaneous implants placement. All patients finished implant prosthesis in 6 months postoperatively. The follow time was 6 ~ 36 months. Results The hoisting height was (2.9 ± 0.8 ) mm. Perforation occurred in 15 cases. All patients had no obvious postoperative maxillary sinus inflammation. All implants gained osseointegration. There was no implant loose or lost. The survival rate was 100%. Conclusion Internal sinus lift with simultaneous implants placement in the case of 4 to 6mm bone height left achieved a good short- term effect, but it needs to be cautious in the selection.
