糖尿病及糖尿病肾病合并急性肾损伤的诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of diabetes and diabetic nephropathy in patients with acute kidney injury

急性肾损伤是临床一种常见危重病。糖尿病及糖尿病肾病合并急性肾损伤的常见原因有:1高渗性非酮症糖尿病;2糖尿病肾病;3糖尿病酮症酸中毒等。糖尿病及糖尿病肾病合并急性肾损伤起病比较急,同时病情也比较危重,若不及时进行诊断以及治疗,则很容易影响预后。本文笔者结合临床经验对糖尿病及糖尿病肾病合并急性肾损伤的诊断以及治疗进行探讨与分析。

Acute kidney injury（AKI） is a common clinical critical disease. The frequent causes of AKI in diabetes include hyperosmolar nonketotic diabetic coma, diabetic ketoacidosis, DN and so on. If diabetes and diabetic nephropathy are not treated actively, its prognosis is poor. In this paper, a review will be elaborated on the common causes, diagnosis and treatment of diabetes as well as DN complicated with AKI.
