行星滚柱丝杠副热特性与热变形抑制研究 被引量:1

摘要 以行星滚柱丝杠副为研究对象,对其热源进行分析并且计算摩擦力矩和发热量;继而将其作为边界条件分析行星滚柱丝杠副的热特性,采用ANSYS热分析模块对其在不同转速和不同冷却液流量下进行分析,得到中空行星滚柱丝杠的温升曲线,并分析了相关因素的影响;最后对行星滚柱丝杠副热变形抑制方法进行了探讨。 Taking a planetary roller screw as the research object,the friction torque and heat were calculat-ed,and the thermal characteristics of the planetary roller screw were analysed in different speeds and dif-ferent coolant flows by means of the ANSYS thermal analysis module in this paper.It got the temperature field distributions of the planetary roller screw in different working conditions,and then analysed the im-pact of relevant factors.Finally the control methods of thermal deformation were discussed.
