基于有限元技术的铁水罐罐壳强度变形分析

Strength and Deformation Analysis of the Iron Ladle Based on Finite Element Techniques

针对武钢重工设计的新型100t铁水罐,运用有限元的技术手段对铁水罐罐壳的应力应变进行分析计算,验证其安全性。结果表明,新型铁水罐罐壳的结构设计合理,变形及强度能够满足正常工作要求,安全系数较高。

Wuhan iron and steel heavy industry group designed a new iron ladle,using the finite element techniques to analyze the stress and strain of the iron ladle so as to verify its safety.The result shows that the new structure of iron ladle is reasonable and safe,while the stress and strain can meet the request of normal operation.
