在"分业经营、分业监管"的金融体制下,信托公司经过短短几年的高速发展就成为仅次于银行的第二大金融部门。但是伴随资管新政的出台,信托公司将会失去垄断经营权,面临其他金融机构的激烈竞争。本文通过分析泛资产管理市场的发展现状、存在的问题以及信托公司所面临的挑战,提出相关对策建议。

Under the financial system of the“separate operation, separate supervision”, trust companies rank the second biggest financial sector in a few years’ rapid development after banks. But with the promulgation of the new policy on asset management, trust companies will lose its monopoly and face intense competition from other financial institutions. The paper analyzes the develop-ment situation and problem of the pan asset management market, explores the challenges of the trust companies, and proposes integrat-ed strategies of trust companies.
