The Practice and Reflection of Rural Financial Innovations——A Case of Jinchang

大力推进农村金融创新是破解农村融资难、融资贵的重要途径,金昌市作为资源性工矿型城市近年来在农村金融创新方面积极实践,然而受制于多种因素制约,农村金融创新的步伐和力度与其他地区相比依然滞后,本文从健全服务体系、改善金融服务创新手段、培养创新人才队伍、建立保障机制等方面入手对改善工矿型城市金融创新环境提出相关建议。

Pushing forward rural financial innovation in great efforts is an important way to solve the problems that financing is difficult and expensive. As a resource-dependent city, Jinchang has made active practices on rural financial innovations in recent years. But restricted by various factors, the pace and intensity of rural financial innovations in Jinchang is far behind other areas. The paper puts forward suggestions on improving the financial innovation environment of mine-dependent cities from such aspects as perfecting service system, improving financial service innovation measures, cultivating innovation talented personnel, establishing guarantee mechanism.
