摘要
在黑木耳栽培中,培养基中碳源和氮源是食用菌生殖和生长的营养提供者,是影响黑木耳质量及产量的重要因素.随着栽培技术的进步,人们希望用更科学合理的配方生产出更优质的黑木耳,因此近年来对培养基碳氮比的研究逐渐升温,但是通过查阅资料后发现,现有的常见碳氮比比值和计算方法存在一些差异,本文将针对此问题进行探讨.最终发现在由木屑和麦麸组成的培养基中用(20~40)∶1的比值不适合黑木耳生产.常用配方78%木屑、20%麦麸、1%石膏、1%石灰组成的培养基碳氮比为92.383∶1.
In the black fungus cuhivation, carbon and nitrogen in medium are mushroom growing sources providers of reproductive and nutrition and is an important factor affecting the quality and yield of black fungus. With advances in cultivation technology, people want to use a more scientific and reasonable formula to produce better quality black fungus, so in recent years, the study on medium carbon-nitrogen ratio gradually becomes hot. The existing common carbon-nitrogen ratio has some differences in the calculation methods, and this article explores this problem. Eventually this paper found that in the medium used (20 to 40 ): 1 ratio from wood chips and wheat bran was not suitable for the production of black fungus. The carbon-nitrogen ratio in the medium formulation of 78 % sawdust, 20 % wheat bran, 1% gypsum, 1% lime was 92. 383 : 1.
