来自于下级的职场攻击行为:基于连职主官的访谈研究

Workplace Aggression from Subordinates: Interviews with Company Commanders and Political Instructors in the Army

摘要 为了探讨连职主官遭受下属职场攻击的状况及其形式、普遍性、严重程度、发生频率、造成的影响、产生的原因等,本研究采用访谈法,以某野战部队17名现役军人为访谈对象,通过文字记录、全程录音、电话核实、梳理分类等对信息进行整理、列表呈现。得出结果如下:1连职主官遭受下属职场攻击客观存在并有个体差异;2来自下属的职场攻击有顶撞吵架、告状举报、冷战僵持、我行我素、视而不见、利益争夺、玩笑过火、背后议论、表情敌视、敷衍了事、狡辩推脱、装病卧床等12种形式;3不同攻击形式普遍性、严重程度、发生频率、造成的影响等存在差异;4导致攻击发生的原因有正连职主官、下属、职业性质等多方面因素。结论:连职主官遭受下属职场攻击客观存在、样式较多、程度不一、频率不同、影响不同,以软抵抗为主,遭受攻击的原因是多方面的。 To investigate the workplace aggression the status quo, style, universality, severity, frequency, impact, the causes for company commanders and political instructors in the field army team from subordinates Interviews were used to collect information, phone verification of information through written records, organized, and presented with some lists. Results were: ①The workplace aggression for company commanders and political instructors in the field army team from subordinates existed objectively and individual differences. ② The workplace aggression included 12 styles: contradict quarrel, complain report, cold war stalemate, its own way, turning a blind eye, competing interests, joke too far, gossiping, expression of hostility, perfunctory, sophistry shirk, pretend to be sick in bed. ③There were differences among different workplace aggression style of universality, severity and frequency of the presence, impact. ④The workplace aggression occurred because there were many factors: officer factors, subordinate factors, professional nature and so on. Conclusions: The workplace aggression for company commanders and political instructors in the field army team from subordinates existed objectively. There were differences among different workplace aggression style of universality, severity and frequency of the presence, impact, mainly soft resistance, and the reasons were many.
