摘要
通过Aspen Plus模拟软件对偏氟乙烯精馏过程进行了模拟。对精馏塔的进料位置、回流比、馏出比进行了灵敏度分析,综合考虑得出精馏塔适宜进料位置NF、回流摩尔比R、馏出摩尔比D/F分别是32、0.12、0.89。模拟结果与实际生产值基本一致,可指导工业生产。
Aspen Plus simulation software had been used to simulate the vinylidene fluoride(VDF) rectification process. Feed location,reflux ratio and distillate ratio of the rectifying tower were optimized through sensitivity analysis. The optimized data were 32, 0.12 and 0.89 respectively. The simulation results consistent with actual production data. The simulation results can guide the industrial production.
