摘要
介绍了甲醇氢氯化催化合成一氯甲烷气固相法(固相法)和气液相法(液相法)2种生产工艺方法,简述了2种工艺流程、相同点与不同点,分析了各自对反应控制的要求,通过对反应参数、投资、生产成本等方面的比较,并阐述各自优势和缺点。认为采用固相法或液相法时应考虑原料配套情况、运管水平、环境保护要求等因素。
Introduced two different methyl chloride production process such as gas solid phase method(solid phase) and gas liquid phase method(liquid phase) from methanol catalyzed hydrogen chloride. This paper briefly described the two kinds of technological process, their similarities and differences, analyzed the respective requirement for reaction control, and expounded their advantages and disadvantages respect through the comparison of reaction parameters, the investment, the production cost, etc. It is considered that the method selection of solid phase or liquid phase should consider the raw materials matching situation, the operational level,the environmental protection requirements and other factors.
