摘要
介绍了一种小型高性能UHF频段150 W放大器的设计与实现。UHF频段功率管种类很多,选择合适的功率管和匹配电路形式是放大器设计的关键。设计过程中采用中功率的高效率宽带功率管,使用传输线变压器进行阻抗匹配,采用3 dB电桥和巴伦线进行分合路,实现了小型化和高效率;并对耦合器、结构等进行了小型化设计。制作调试了UHF频段150 W放大器,测试结果效率优于45%,谐波优于20 dBc,尺寸小于241 mm×106 mm×31 mm。
This paper introduces the design and realization of a UHF-band 150 W amplifier.There are many kinds of transistor,so choosing appropriate transistor and matching circuit are important for amplifier design.In the design,in order to implement miniature and high efficiency,the intermediate-power high-efficiency wideband transmitter and line transformer are used to perform resistance matc-hing,and 3 dB bridge and balun line are used to perform dividing and combining.The miniature design is implemented for coupler and structure.A UHF-band 150 W amplifier is designed and debugged,the test results show that the efficiency surpasses 45%,the harmoni-zation is higher than 20 dBc,and the dimensions are less than 241 mm×106 mm×31 mm.
