摘要
采用随机抽样数据统计分析验证了根据头脑风暴法得出的导致大板热压成型缺陷的潜在关键原因。采用正交试验设计(DOE)及假设检验方法,优化了胶黏剂种类,大板压制后保温时间,施胶量,以及热压机温度、时间和压力等关键参数。分析了改进工艺后的大板热压成型一次性合格率,结果表明,热压成型一次性合格率从90%提高到了95.4%。工艺参数的优化不但避免了重复返工带来的人力和财力浪费,也提升了产品品牌价值和客户满意度。
The potential key defects reasons of the hot-press molding panel were found out by the brainstorm measure and the random sample data stastical analysis. The DOE and hypothesis test were used to optimize the key parameters such as the kind of adhesive,the keeping time after panel pressing, the adhesive weight, the temperature, time and heat of the e- quipment. Then the eligible ratio was analyzed for the shelter panel with the improved technics. It indicated that the eligible ratio was improved form 90% to 95.4%. The process parameter optimization reduced the waste of the manpower and finan- cial except upgrading the product value and client satisfaction,
