摘要
摇臂钻床适用于单件或批量生产中带有多孔的大型零件的孔加工,是一般机械加工车间常用的机床。传统摇臂钻床的电气控制系统采用硬接线设计,接线复杂,可靠性差,改变或增加功能很困难。本文在传统机械加工的基础上,提出了一种基于PLC控制的摇臂钻床改造方案,要求控制系统能实现摇臂钻床的基本操作,该方案用PLC控制代替传统的继电器-接触器控制系统,一定程度上提高了控制系统的灵活性。
The radial drilling machine is suitable for machining big scale pieces of single or batch, which is playing an important role in general industrial production practice. The electric control system of traditional radial drilling machine is designed by hardware linage, which is complicated , low reliability, low changeable. In this paper, the reform schedule based on PLC control radial drilling machine was presented, which required the system to realize the basic operation of the radial drilling machine. After transform of PLC control replacing relay-contactor control system, it can improve the flexibil- ity of the original control system.
