摘要 钛合金材料具有热强度和比强度高、质量小以及抗腐蚀等特点,被广泛应用于飞机设计与制造领域。钛合金整体壁板作为飞机的关键部件,在现代飞机设计与制造中发挥着重要的作用。以钛合金整体壁板设计与制造为主线,阐述了典型钛合金壁板构型、选材及筋条设计思路,并根据钛合金整体壁板结构的特点,对该壁板的制造方法进行了介绍,为航空类钛合金整体壁板的改进和提升提供了理论和实践基础。 Titanium alloy material with high thermal strength and specific strength, light weight, corrosion reslstance and other characteristics have been widely used in aircraft design and manufacturing Titanium alloy integral wall as key components of the aircraft plays an important role in modern aircraft design and manufacturing. With titanium alloy integral wall board design and manufacture of two main line, expounded the typical titanium alloy wainscot configuration, material sel.ection and the rod design train of thought, and according to the structural characteristics of integral wall titanium alloy plate, introduced the manufacturing method of the wall. It provided a theoretical and practical basis for the improvement of aviation titanium alloys the whole wall.
