钛合金材料具有热强度和比强度高、质量小以及抗腐蚀等特点,被广泛应用于飞机设计与制造领域。钛合金整体壁板作为飞机的关键部件,在现代飞机设计与制造中发挥着重要的作用。以钛合金整体壁板设计与制造为主线,阐述了典型钛合金壁板构型、选材及筋条设计思路,并根据钛合金整体壁板结构的特点,对该壁板的制造方法进行了介绍,为航空类钛合金整体壁板的改进和提升提供了理论和实践基础。
