摘要
以喷涂行业缸体收纳仓所受载荷为研究对象,先利用三维软件对收纳仓进行建模,再利用Workbench软件进行数值仿真,并对收纳仓结构设计的若干参数进行优化设计,通过仿真分析其结构设计参数与收纳仓最大正应力之间的关系,求出收纳仓轻量化设计参数的最优解。优化结果表明,在保证收纳仓强度和刚度的前提下,收纳仓的质量降低了约3.4%,从而节约了收纳仓的制造成本,提高了收纳仓抵抗变形的能力,为收纳仓的设计及轻量化提供了理论依据。
Took the object of loading condition of the cylinder body cabin in printing machine as researching object, Firstly, found its model by three-dimension software, and then numerical simulation was done by Workbench software, fi- nally, optimized several parameters of the cabin structure design. Analyzing the relationship between its structure design pa- rameters and its biggest press can get the best design parameters solution of the light cabin. The results indicated that under the conditions of confirming cabin intensity and rigidity as precondition, its weight decreased by 3.4 % and its manufacture costs also decreased, while its resistance ability of deformation increased. It provided theory evidence for the light cabin de- sign.
