摘要
介绍了国内外道砟清筛机的发展概况及趋势,包括RM80型全断面道砟清筛机的结构和工作原理。分析了我国铁路养护发展面临的主要问题,即如何提高清筛机工作效能。对比近年来国内研究成果,提出了通过对起拨道过程中钢轨及车架进行动力学分析来优化车体结构,进而提高清筛机工作效能的思路。
The developing situation and the future of ballast cleaner were summarized including the structure and work- ing principle of RMS0 ballast cleaner. The problems of the railway maintenance were analyzed, that is how to improve the working efficiency of ballast cleaner. The domestic research results of recent years were compared and the new idea was pro- posed to increase the efficiency of the RM80 ballast cleaner the rail and the frame should be analyzed and the body structure should be optimized.
