针对莱芜钢铁集团有限公司炼铁厂6#高炉单场出铁间隔时间长、渣铁不能及时出净和炉内憋风严重等问题,通过强化炉前操作与炉内调剂相结合的措施,确保了渣铁及时出净,使炉况稳定。

The 6# blast furnace of iron mill of Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Corporation has problems of single field of i- ron such as long time interval, iron slag not being out of the net, holding the wind serious problem in the furnace and so on, through strengthening the adjustment measures by the combination operation in furnace and furnace slag and iron, ensured timely net of furnace, the blast furnace runs stably.
