摘要
介绍了聚苯硫醚的特性和在电子电器行业的应用,针对电连接器用聚苯硫醚绝缘制品的脱模开裂现象,论述了塑料制品内应力产生的机理和原因,确定了聚苯硫醚制品开裂的原因。从聚苯硫醚材料的成型工艺、模具结构和材料选择等角度进行了分析和实践,阐述了各环节对制品开裂缺陷的影响程度,着重论述了聚苯硫醚材料性能在制品开裂现象中所起的主导作用,并总结归纳原因,解决了该制品的开裂问题,指出准确把握材料性能在应用过程中的重要性。
Introduced the properties of PPS and its application in the electrical and electronic industry, regarding the releasing and cracking of the electric connector which was made from PPS, the paper expounded the theory and reasons of releasing and cracking were determined. Furthermore, the molding technique of molds,mold structure and selection of materials were analyzed and practiced, at the same times, the influence degree of each link of the product of cracking defect was expounded, emphatically discussed the leading role in cracking phenomenon in the material properties. It was summed up that all the causes and the cracking situations were settled, which points out the importance of an accurate grasp of the ma- terial properties in the application process.
