摘要 针对兖矿国宏化工有限责任公司50万t/a甲醇项目鲁奇低温甲醇洗装置酸气浓度较低的问题,依据德国鲁奇公司提供的低温甲醇洗物料平衡表,对热再生塔和甲醇水分离塔进行了物料平衡计算。计算结果表明,CO2浓度为65.682%,降低CO2含量可提高酸气浓度,故采取了关闭预洗甲醇调节阀、提高酸气浓度的操作方法,使酸气中H2S浓度由32%上升至44%。 In allusion to problem that the concentration of acid gas is relatively lower in the Luxgi Rectisol plant of methanol project with a capacity of 500 000 t/a in the Yankuang Guohong Chemical Engineering Company Ltd. , material based on material balance list of Rectisol plant, ptvvided by German Lurgi Company, material balance calculation was made for the heat regeneration tower and methanol water separation tower. Calculating resuh indicates that COs cmxcentration is 65. 682% , decreasing CO2 content can increase the acid gas eoncentration, therefore adopting these operating methods, such as closing the adjusting valve for prewashing methanol and increasing acid gas concentration, that can make increasing the H2 S of acid gas concentration from 32% to 44%.
