摘要
简述了径流式尿素合成塔具有的无返混、无短路和拦截脏物的功能及其具有的CO2转化率高、尿素合成塔衬里腐蚀率低、可提高下游工序运行效率的应用效果。结果表明:径流式尿素合成塔是当前值得采用的塔型。
Author has briefly described the function without back mixing, without short circuit and intercepting dirt and having high CO2 conversion rate, low corrosion rate of urea reactor lining; it can increase the application effect of running efficiency in downstream procedure. Result indicates that u rea reactor with radial flow is the tower type deserving to be adopted at present.
