循环流化床锅炉返料系统改造及应用

摘要 河南龙宇煤化工有限公司50万t/a甲醇装置一期配套3台130t/h的高温高压循环流化床锅炉。针对循环流化床锅炉管式返料组件多次出现配风管弯曲、变形、风管盲板脱落而引起锅炉停炉和结焦等问题,实施了锅炉返料系统的技术改造,由原来的管式配风改造为布风板加风帽配风。改造后的试运行效果表明:1返料系统运行稳定,再未出现锅炉停炉问题;2每年可节省更换返料风管的费用7.2万元、系统再次启动的费用800万元。 Methanol plant with a capacity of 500 000 t/a at first stage completed of 3 boilers with each capacity of 130 t/h, having high temperature and high pressure circularly fluidized bed in the Henan Longyu Coal-Chemical Engineering Company Ltd. In allusion to that problems of stopping boiler and coking has occurred in many times due to blending, deforming of air distribution pipe, falling-off for blind plate of air pipe from pipe type assembly parts for back material of circularly fluidized bed boiler, technical reformation has been executed for back material system of hoiler from original pipe type air distribution to such air distribution with plate air distribution adding air cap, Trial operation effect after refotxaation indicates that:①The operation is stable for back material system; no problem of stopping boiler exists;②Expense for replacing back material air pipe can be saved by 72 000 Yuan RMB annually and the expense for again start-up can be also saved by 8 million RMB in a year,
