摘要
用超声法对百部多糖进行提取,通过单因素和正交实验,研究料液比、超声功率、超声提取温度和超声作用时间的影响。其优化工艺条件为:料液比(g∶mL)1∶20,提取温度60℃,超声功率140W,作用时间20min,能使百部多糖的平均提取率为16.55%,RSD为0.22%。结果说明:超声波强化提取百部多糖过程简单,快捷和高效。
The procedure of ultrasonic extraction of polysaccharide from Stemona was optimized. Through single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, the effect of solid-liquid ratio, ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic action time on polysaccharide extraction was studied as follows: The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were solid-liquid ratio (g : mL)1 : 20, temperature 60℃, ultrasonic power 140 W and ultrasonic action time 20 min. Under these conditions, the average extraction rate was 16.55%, and RSD was 0.22%. The preparative procedure is simple, quick and highly efficient.
