4,5-环氧-α-紫罗兰醇的合成

摘要 以α-紫罗兰酮为原料,用NaBH4/CaCl2进行选择性还原,得到α-紫罗兰醇,再用间氯过氧苯甲酸环氧化得到4,5-环氧-α-紫罗兰醇,两步反应总得率为90.3%。产物经IR、1 H NMR和MS证实。 The compound 4, 5-epoxy-α-ionol was synthesized by the epoxidation of a-ionol with m-chlo- roperbenzoic acid. a-Ionol was obtained from the reduction of a-ionone with NaBH4/CaC12. The total yield of the titled compound was 90.3%. All of the products were characterized by IR,1H NMR and MS.
