以3-甲基-2-硝基苯甲酸为原料,经酰氯化、甲胺化、FeO(OH)催化水合肼还原、双氧水/氢溴酸氧化溴化,得到目的产物2-氨基-5-溴-N,3-二甲基苯甲酰胺,目标产物及中间体经1 H NMR进行了结构确证,四步反应总收率为85%。
2-Amino-5-bromo-N, 3-dimethylbenzamide was prepared from 2-nitro-3-methylbenzoic acid via acylation, methylamination, FeO(OH)-catalyzed reduction with hydrazine hydrate and bromination. The structures of the product and intermediates were characterized by 1 H NMR spectrometry. The product was obtained with an overall yield of 85 %.
