摘要
结合叉车整机试验方法标准,确定针对电动叉车升降性能检测的方法。根据检测方法设计电动叉车升降性能检测系统。该系统基于激光位移传感器,利用PLC、组态软件,对叉车门架升降速度、最大起升高度等叉车升降性能参数进行检测。
The detection method for lifting performance of the electrical forklift is determined according to the forklift test method standard. Based on the detection method, the detection system for lifting performance of electric forklifts is designed. On the basis of the laser displacement sensor, the system is used to detect the forklift lifting performance parameters such as forklift mast lifting speed, maximum lifting height, etc. with the aid of PLC and configuration software.
