摘要
以香港HIT码头桥式起重机船形扫描系统改造项目为例,介绍了船形扫描系统的设计及功能实现。船形扫描系统利用2D激光测距仪实时扫描岸边集装箱起重机吊具下方的物体,获得Profile轮廓信息,从而实现在小车和起升方向的吊具防撞保护和智能减速。
With the ship-profile scanning system on the bridge crane at Hong Kong HIT port as an example, the study introduces design and function realization of the ship-profile scanning system. The system is used for real-time scanning of the objects under the sling of the quayside container crane using 2D laser range finder, to obtain Profile information, hence to realize anti-collision protection and intelligent speed-reduction in the trolley traversing and lifting directions.
