摘要
以额定起重量为5 t的轻量化桥式起重机主梁为研究对象,以主梁疲劳试验数据结果为验证依据,预测主梁焊缝的疲劳寿命,建立了包括焊缝的主梁有限元实体模型,按照试验载荷工况对其进行静强度分析,在静强度满足要求的前提下,运用Fe-safe软件中以Battelle热点应力为核心技术开发的Verity模块对主梁焊缝进行疲劳强度分析,分析结果表明,轻量化后的主梁焊缝疲劳强度可满足使用要求,结果可靠,具有较好的可信性。文中采用的分析方法可直接应用于类似结构的焊缝疲劳分析。
The girder of light-weight bridge crane with 5t of rated lifting weight is taken as the study object, the data result of fatigue test for the girder as the basis, to estimate the fatigue life of girder weld joint. The finite dement solid model for the girder containing weld joints is built to perform static strength analysis for test load conditions. Under the premise of static strength meeting the related requirements, the fatigue strength analysis is performed for the girder weld joint with Verity module in Fe-safe developed with Battelle hot-spot stress as the core technology. The analysis result shows that fatigue strength of the girder weld after weight reduction can meet the application requirements, with reliable result and good credibility. The analysis method in the paper can be directly applied to the weld fatigue analysis for similar structures.
