摘要
提出一种基于光电开关和PLC的智能防撞系统,只利用一个光电开光就可以完成单方向行走机构的减速、停车两级限位保护功能,实现了平料机由传统的人工操作防撞到智能控制系统自动防撞。
The paper puts forward the intelligent anti-collision system based on the optoetectromc switch and FLG in- telligent anti-collision system, which can realize both deceleration and braking limit protection functions of the traveling mechanism in single direction with only one optoelectronic switch, so that the flattening machine is developed from traditional manually controlled anti-collision to the automatic anti-collision function by intelligent control system
