实船基座阻抗对泵组浮筏隔振装置性能影响分析

Effect of Onboard Base Impedance on Vibration Isolation Efficiency of Pump Sets Floating Raft

针对实船同一型浮筏隔振装置隔振效果差别很大的问题,基于四端参数法建立了不同基座阻抗之间同一隔振装置隔振效果的转换关系式,进行浮筏隔振装置的基座阻抗和隔振效果实船测试,通过对比验证了隔振装置隔振效果转换关系式的准确性,证明实船基座阻抗的大小直接影响泵组浮筏隔振装置隔振效果和基座振动量级.

According to the problem of great distinction between isolation efficiency under onboard condition of the same type pump sets floating raft,transferring relationship between different base impedance of the same floating raft was giving in the paper based on four-end parameter analysis,onboard base impedance and vibration isolation efficiency were experienced,and transferring relationship was verificated by the experiment,which show that the base impedance dircectly affects the isolation efficiency and vibration level of base onboard.
