摘要
在铁路货场使用10 a的MQ门式起重机对腹板进行了加高,以便增加额定载荷;而后又服役了10 a,对静、动态应力测试进行分析,得知额定载荷下最大静应力出现在南梁右侧悬臂根部;经改造后的主梁仍具有理想的强度储备,仍能满足额载的工况需求;南梁跨中右侧1/4跨下盖板连接焊缝处动态响应最敏感,应引起重视,需定期检查。
The 10a MQ gantry crane is used to heighten the web on the railway goods yard to increase the rated load; then 10a gantry crane is put into service again for analysis of static and dynamic test, to work out that the maximum static stress under rated load is at the root of cantilever on the right side of the southern beam ; the reconstructed main beam still has ideal strength margin, able to meet the working demand for rated load; the dynamic response at the attachment weld of cover plate on the right side of 1/4 mid-span of south beam is most sensitive, which shall be brought to the forefront, requi- ring regular inspection.
