特色化办刊与学术传播转化——基于地方高校社科学报的讨论

Local Universities' Journals of Social Sciences:How to Balance Their “Features” and the Value of Scholarly Communication

在"名刊名栏"工程带动下,很多高校社科学报走特色化办刊道路,推动了地方历史文化、区域经济研究,有助于特色学科建设和地方社科学术成果的传播与转化,学报也不再"千刊一面";但地方高校社科学报仍存在特色栏目稿件短缺、文章低水平重复、转载率和征引率不高、传播效果不理想等问题。地方高校社科学报欲坚持特色化办刊,加快地方社科学术成果的传播与转化,可考虑从四方面改进:依托学校强势学科,加强动态策化;拓宽栏目学术视野,广邀名家,提携新秀;适当宣传"炒作"特色栏目,打造学报品牌;"内容"与"渠道"并进,加快数字化出版转型。

Motivated by the 'famous columns' project, many university social sciences journals begin highlighting their special features,which promotes the study of local history, culture and regional economy, helps the construction of the distinctive disciplines and the propagation and transformation of their academic achievements. But some problems remain: shortage of special articles, low-level repetitions, low reprinting rate and citations rate, and unsatisfactory propagation effect, etc. To solve these problems local university journals of social sciences can improve in the following four aspects: to rely on their universities ' strong disciplines and strengthen the dynamic policy; to broaden the academic vision by inviting the famous scholars and nurturing talented ones; to 'hype' the characteristic columns and make a brand of their journals; to promote both 'content' and 'channel' and accelerate the transformation of digital publishing.
