摘要 介绍了上海圣德曼铸造有限公司近年来的能耗情况。指出在比较能耗时,能耗统计方法和折算系数必须一致,否则误差很大。根据能耗统计,铸铁件生产企业降低能耗的主要途径有:降低铁液熔化保温能耗;改造铸造生产线,提高效率和产能;坚持工艺改进,强化质量控制;余热利用。列出了11个节能实例,这些实例说明我国铸铁企业节能潜力很大,途径很多。 The energy consumption situation of Shanghai Sandmann Foundry Co.,Ltd. in recent years was introduced. It was pointed out that when comparing energy consumption, it's necessary to use the same energy consumption calculation method and the same conversion factor, otherwise the errors would be very big. Based on the energy consumption statistics,the main approaches for the iron casting production enterprises to reduce energy consumption are as follows:reducing the energy consumption for iron melting and temperature preservation;reconstructing casting production line;increasing production efficiency and capacity;persisting casting method and process improvement;strengthening quality control;and waste heat utilization. 11 energy-saving examples were itemized. Those examples indicated that Chinese casting production enterprises have big energy-saving latent capacity and many approaches.
