铸态球铁WJ-7高铁垫板的生产工艺

摘要 介绍了WJ-7高铁垫板铸态铁素体球铁件的技术要求,并详细阐述了该铸件的生产工艺和化学成分控制:采用6 t中频感应电炉进行熔炼,选用低RE的FeSiMg6RE2球化剂,加入量1.4%-1.5%;采用MnFe孕育剂与SiBa孕育剂复合的方式进行二次孕育。最终成功生产出中高强度、低珠光体体积分数的WJ-7高铁垫板球铁件,其各项力学性能均符合技术要求。 Technical requirements of WJ-7 ferrite nodular iron rails tie plate were introduced and its production process and chemical composition control was described in detail:6 t medium frequency induction furnace was used for melting,FeSiMg6RE2 nodularizer with low RE content was used,its adding amount was of 1.4%-1.5% , two times inoculation was conducted by using composite inoculant consisted of MnFe alloy and SiBa alloy. Finally the WJ-7 nodular iron rails tie plate having medium high strength,low pearlite volume fraction was been successfully produced and its all items of mechanical properties met technical requirements.
