摘要
为解决金属型由于浇注系统容易损坏而报废问题,改用可更换的SiC陶瓷浇注系统。SiC陶瓷浇注系统热传递效率低,可减少铁液流过时的热量损失,而且其内壁不容易粘附铁液及熔化,节约了能源消耗,缩小了温度差对铸件质量的影响,提高了铸件力学性能,使金属型寿命延长到原有寿命的4倍。
In order to solve the problem that permanent mold was to be discarded as useless due to easy damage of its gating system, the mold design was improved that SiC ceramic gating system was used. SiC ceramic gating system has low thermal conductivity rate that could reduce heat loss during the iron melt flowing through it, and the inner wall of the gating system was not easy to be stuck or to be melted by the iron melt that not only saved the energy consumption,reduced the negative influence of the temperature difference on the casting quality and increased mechanical properties of castings, as well as lengthened the working life of the permanent mold to 4 times of its original life.
