摘要
目的研究聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐消毒剂的杀菌效果及其相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和模拟现场测试方法等观察杀菌效果和聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐的稳定性。结果含43.8 mg/L聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐的消毒剂作用2.5 min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值>5。对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值>1.00。对金属不锈钢、碳钢、铝和铜腐蚀性小。消毒剂中聚六亚甲基胍盐酸盐含量通过恒温37℃3个月的加速试验,含量下降率不超过0.44%。结论该消毒剂具有良好的杀菌活性且性能稳定、腐蚀性低。
Objective To investigate the sterilizing effect and related performance of polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride disinfectant. Methods The germicidal efficacy and stability of polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride disinfectant were detected by suspensions quantitative germicidal test and on the spot simulation test. Results The average killing logarithm value for Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus exposed to the solution containing 43. 8mg/L polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride for 2.5 minutes was 〉 5 and the average killing logarithm value for material surface nature bacteria was 1.0. The metal corrosion test showed that the disinfectant had no basically corrosive effect on stainless steel, aluminum, copper and carbon steel. The decrease rate of polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride was 0. 44% at 37 ℃ for three months. Conclusion The polyhexamethyleneguanidine hydrochloride disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy, with good stability and lower causticity.
