刺络放血治疗经行头痛疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Pricking Bloodletting Therapy for Menstrual Headache

目的观察刺络放血疗法治疗经行头痛的临床疗效。方法将98例经行头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例,治疗组采用刺络放血治疗,对照组采用中药治疗,均治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果两组治疗后疼痛程度和疼痛时间与同组治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为87.8%,痊愈率为59.2%,对照组则分别为69.4%、40.8%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刺络放血是一种治疗经行头痛的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pricking bloodletting therapy for menstrual headache. MethodNinety-eight patients with menstrual headache were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 49 cases each. Thetreatment group received pricking bloodletting therapy and the control group took Chinese herbal medicine. The therapeutic effectswere evaluated in both groups after two courses of treatment. Result There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatmentdifferences in pain severity and pain time in the two groups （P〈0.01）. The improving effect was better in the treatment group than inthe control group （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy rate and the cure rate were 87.8% and 59.2%, respectively, in the treatment group and69.4% and 40.8%, respectively, in the control group; there were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）Conclusion Pricking bloodletting therapy is an effective way to treat menstrual headache.
