摘要 目的研究Notch1和Notch2在宣威女性肺癌中表达的临床意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测54例宣威女性肺癌患者癌组织及远端正常肺组织中Notch1和Notch2表达,结合患者的临床病理特征及随访资料,探讨Notch1和Notch2在宣威女性肺癌患者病情评估及预后判断中的作用。结果 Notch1和Notch2蛋白主要表达于细胞质,在宣威女性肺癌中的阳性表达均显著高于远端正常肺组织(P<0.05);Notch1和Notch2蛋白在不同临床分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移与否患者中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Notch1、Notch2蛋白在宣威女性肺癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论宣威女性肺癌组织中存在Notch1和Notch2基因异常表达升高,Notch1和Notch2蛋白的表达水平结合临床分期作为宣威女性肺癌患者预后判断的参考指标有一定的指导意义。 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and expression of Notchl and Notch2 proteins in females with lung cancer in Xuanwei. Methods SP immunohistochemical staining was performed to investigate Notchl and Notch2 protein expression in the tumor specimens and the corresponding normal lung tissues from 54 female patients with lung cancer in Xuanwei. The correlation between clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis were further analyzed. Results According to immunohistochemical staining, Notchl and Notch2 proteins were mainly expressed in cytoplasm, and significantly up - regulated in cancer tissues than that in matched normal lung tissues ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were significant differences in the expression of Notchl and Notch2 proteins among patients with different pathological grades (P 〈 0.05 ) , with lymph node metastasis or not ( P 〈 0.05 ) or with different degrees of differentiation ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Up - regulated expression of Notchl and Notch2 genes is revealed in lung cancer tissues from females in Xuanwei. Notehl and Notch2 expression combining with pathological grade can be used as an assessment and prognosis - estimation reference for female lung cancer patients in Xuanwei.
