广州市社区高血压前期患者心脏代谢异常的风险因素

The analysis of cardiometabolic risk factors in prehypertensive individuals in the city of Guangzhou

目的探讨高血压前期患者的心脏代谢异常风险因素。方法以广州市2个独立社区居民高血压流行病学调查分析为基线资料,对高血压组(530例)、高血压前期组(562例)及理想血压组(557例)的心脏代谢风险因素进行病例对照研究。结果高血压前期组的血压、年龄、体质指数(BMI)、腰围、尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白均明显高于理想血压组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇则均明显低于理想血压组(P<0.01);logistic回归结果显示:年龄和BMI是高血压前期患病的危险因素;高血压组有68.91%的患者合并至少一项代谢异常,有52.04%高血压前期患者合并至少一项代谢异常。结论高血压前期患者已有心血管代谢异常风险因素的聚集。

Objective To investigate the cardiometabolic risks in patients with prehypertension. Methods Based on the populations in two independent communities of Guangzhou from the project of hypertension and risk factors, a case - control study was conducted including 530 cases of hypertension, 562 cases of prehypertension and 557 controls with normal blood pressure. Results The BP, age, BMI, WC, UA and hs - CRP were significantly higher in patients with prehypertension than those in controls, while the HDL - C was significantly lower. Multiple logistic analysis indicated that age and BMI were the risk factors of prehypertension. Among case groups, 68.91% of patients with hypertension had at least one metabolic abnormality as compared to 52. 04% in the prehypertension cases. Conclusion There are already collections of cardiometabolic risk factors in the prehypertensive stage.
