独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的影响

Effect of DUHUOJISHENG decoction with sodium hyaluronate on the quality of life of patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的分析独活寄生汤配合玻璃酸钠对膝骨关节炎患者生活质量的影响。方法将70例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。观察组采用独活寄生汤配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗,对照组采用关节腔内单纯注射玻璃酸钠治疗。分别于治疗后2周、3个月进行随访,通过FPS-R评分评估关节疼痛程度,KSS评分评估膝关节功能,SF-36量表评价生活质量。结果 70例患者均获随访。两组治疗2周后膝关节疼痛和关节功能均有所改善,两组VAS和KSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个月后两组VAS和KSS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后两组患者SF-36评分各条目评分与治疗前分别比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论独活寄生汤配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎对缓解症状、改善功能、提高生活质量方面具有一定的疗效,且远期疗效优于单纯注射玻璃酸钠。

Objective To analysis the influence on the quality of life （QOL） of patients with knee osteoarthritis （OA） of DUHUOJISHENG decoction with sodium hyaluronate. Methods The follow - up of 70 patients was assessed be- tween Jun 2012 and Jun 2013. All the patients were randomly divided for the DUHUOJISHENG decoction with sodium hyaluronate group and the sodium hyaluronate group （n = 35 ）. The clinical efficacy was evaluated using ZAS score, KSS score and SF - 36 score. Results All 70 patients were followed up. Significant improvements were observed in knee pain and knee function in both groups, but there was no significant difference in VAS or KSS score revealed between the 2 groups. However, significant differences were observed in VAS score, KSS score and each item of SF -36 between the 2 groups after 3 - month treatment. Conclusion The DUHUOJISHENG decoction with sodium hyaluronate treatment for knee OA can resolve the pain, improve the function and the QOL, with superior long- term efficacy than sodium hyalur- onate alone.
