含附件的组织工程皮肤构建的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 皮肤是一个结构、发育、生理功能都很复杂的器官,是保护人体不受脱水、辐射创伤、感染等外界环境威胁的第一道天然屏障。皮肤由表皮、真皮构成,表皮覆盖于真皮表面,包括毛囊问表皮及表皮附属结构,附属结构包括毛囊、皮脂腺以及汗腺等。它们能够确保人体的感觉、分泌与排泄、维持内环境稳定等功能。在炎热的季节,毛囊、汗腺有助于人体的散热:而在寒冷干燥的季节,汗腺和皮脂腺的分泌功能增强使皮肤不容易发生皲裂。组织工程皮肤如果仅具有表皮和真皮.缺乏皮肤的附属结构如毛发、皮脂腺和汗腺将会丧失正常皮肤的生理功能。构建具有皮肤附属结构的组织工程皮肤,加速与促进受伤皮肤修复后功能的重建已成为组织修复领域需要解决的重大问题。
