水通道蛋白-4抗体的检测

摘要 视神经脊髓炎(neuromyelitis optica,NMO)是一种中枢神经系统的炎症性脱髓鞘性综合征,主要的临床特点包括严重的视力损害和脊髓损害,目前被认为与体液免疫紊乱有关。NMO体液免疫机制的进展促使了血清中特异性抗体的发现。
