摘要
采用流延法制备了聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/二氧化钛(TiO2)共混膜,利用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、示差扫描量热仪研究了流延膜的结晶行为。结果表明,PVDF同时存在α、β两种晶型,PMMA、TiO2均能促使PVDF晶型从α晶向β晶转变。加入的PMMA增加了共混膜的非晶性,降低了PVDF的结晶度;TiO2亦能抑制PVDF结晶,降低体系的熔融温度。
The PVDF/PMMA/TiO2 membrane was made by casting method.The crystallization of membrane was studied by infrared spectrometer,x-ray diffractometer and differential scanning calorimetry.The results showed that PVDF had two crystal forms α and β.The existence of PMMA and TiO2 can transform PVDF's crystal from α to β.The addition of PMMA increased amorphous of the blend and the PVDF crystallinity reduced.TiO2 also reduced the crystallinity and then it could reduce melting temperature of the membrane.
