乙醛脱氢酶1在浸润性乳腺癌局部复发组织中的表达及意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的检测乳腺癌局部复发组织、局部复发乳腺癌原标本和无复发乳腺癌组织中乙醛脱氢酶1(ALDH1)的表达情况,分析其临床意义及与临床预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法分别检测乳腺癌局部复发组织、局部复发乳腺癌原标本和无复发乳腺癌组织中ALDH1的表达情况,随访患者的生存情况。结果 ALDH1在无复发乳腺癌组织、复发乳腺癌原标本、复发乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为25.56%、62.22%、64.44%,乳腺癌复发组织与无复发乳腺癌组织比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ALDH1的表达与肿瘤大小和腋窝淋巴结转移情况无关(P>0.05),但与雌激素受体和孕激素受体表达情况相关(P<0.05)。生存情况显示ALDH1阳性患者生存率较低。结论乳腺癌复发患者与乳腺癌无复发患者ALDH1的表达存在明显差异,复发灶中ALDH1表达越高,预后越差。
