摘要
文章阐述了农业科技创新转化与现代农业发展的理论关系,分析了江苏在农业科技创新转化中存在的问题,如应用需要强化、成果转化效果不佳、主体作用有待增强和产学研紧密合作的体制机制活力不足等,并提出推动农业技术创新、培育农业科技创新转化领军单位、建设高水平科技园区等促进农业科技创新,实现现代农业发展的措施。
The theoretical relationship between transformation of agricultural science and technology innovation and the development of modem agriculture was described in the paper. Problems of transformation of agricultural science and technology innovation in Jiangsu Province were analyzed, such as the application need to be strengthened, poor result of transformation of achievements, function of subject need to be strengthened, and seldom of motive of intimate combination of production and education and research units, etc. Measures for promoting agricultural science and technology innovation and realizing the development of modem agriculture were put forward, such as promoting agricultural science and technology innovation, cultivating leading organization of transformation of agricultural science and technology innovation, setting up high level science and technology garden, etc.
