摘要
讨论了陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶的加工工艺;采用可以提高生产效率的悬链式生产线,通过合理的模具设计、牵引力矩计算,保证了挤出制品的表面质量和结构尺寸;正确的挤出温度及硫化工艺保证了产品的性能。
The processing technology of fire-resisting ceramic silicone rubber was discussed. The production efficiency was improved by the catenary production line.Through the reasonable die design, calculation of driving torque, surface quality and structure size of the extrusion product were guaranteed. Product performance was ensured through the correct extrusion temperature and vulcanization process.
