In this essay the theoretical basis, the value and the defects of the good faith exception rule will be pointed in detail through the introduction of its formation and history. Becuse there is not such rule in China, it has a great value to perfect the exclusion of illegal evidence in our country by oresentinz and analyzing the develooment orocess of the exclusion of illezal evidence in America.
