转型发展时期我国城市交通的发展战略——以宁波市为例

Urban Transport Strategies for Cities under Urban Transformation Development Period: Taking Ningbo for Instance

城市交通发展战略作为影响城市未来发展的重要公共政策,应在城市转型发展过程中发挥引导和带动作用。依据转型期城市在外部环境、空间格局、发展模式等方面发生的变化,提出转型发展时期我国城市在区域交通、城乡关系、绿色交通等方面的应对策略。以宁波市为例,系统探讨如何通过制定转型发展时期的城市交通发展战略,以适应并促进城市社会经济的转型发展进程。

Urban transformation development will be the important direction for future development of cities in China. It will bring new requirements to urban transport system. In this paper, some strategies about regional transport system, urban-rural relationship and development mode have been proposed based on the changes in external development circumstances and development mode for cities under urban transformation development period. Urban transport development strategy, as a vital public policy influencing future development of cities, should play a leading and pushing role during the process of transformation development. Taking Ningbo for instance, the article systematically discusses how to make adapted urban transport development strategy, which can boost the social development and economic growth during transformation development oeriod.
